Synthesis for good. Molecules for the better.
Our group develops small molecules to address unmet needs in medicinal chemistry and chemical biology. Rooted in classical organic synthesis, we design and prepare compounds — from drug candidates to chemical probes and diagnostic tools — that enable biological discoveries and therapeutic development. We believe that synthetic chemistry is most impactful when driven by real biomedical questions, and we pursue this through close collaborations with pharmacologists, biologists, and clinicians. Our work spans infectious disease, metabolic disorders, enzyme inhibition, and targeted protein degradation, united by a common approach: rigorous synthesis in the service of meaningful problems.
